Date Management

It is possible to use the "Date Management" tool in Blackboard to quickly and efficiently reset all the dates in your course each semester, without having to do so one by one.  Here's how:

1. Go to:   Control Panel > Course Tools > Date Management

2. On the Date Management page, you can choose to adjust dates automatically or individually from one convenient location.

3. Select Use Course Start Date or Adjust by Number of Days to adjust the date accordingly. For example, you can set the course start date, and it will adjust all due dates accordingly. Or you can adjust by a certain number of days, such as 364 or 363. 

4. You should then check the results to see if the dates match up to your expectations and your syllabus. 

5. You can also review all dates and adjust them later on the Date Management Review page.
