Once you submit the form, there is no need to email us unless the issue is urgent. Our team will check the form daily Monday through Friday. We will send you an email if we need more information or when the issue has been corrected. This streamlined process ensures that we can track and address the reported issues in all course shells for your course and make your requested changes in the template as well.Â
