Archiving a Blackboard course is essential if you are looking for a snapshot in time of your course. Archiving incudes: content, statistics, users and interactions. This page will step you through the process.

Basic Steps
If you have a course or courses that you want to archive and back up locally to your computer, follow this procedure:
Go to the Control Panel, Click on Packages and Utilities, Click on Export/Archive Course
2. Click on Archive Course button
3. Click on Include Grade Center if you used the grade center and then ‘Submit’
4. Go back to Export/Archive Course page. Click on the link and choose SAVE to your one drive, hard drive or a flash drive.
